Senior Civil Supervisor – DTMR

We’re currently representing a leading civil contractor in the Brisbane area. Our client specializes in the construction of roads, concrete, civil, and residential projects. With a large number of current projects and more in the pipeline the client is looking to expand their team. After securing multiple TMR projects our client is searching for the next senior civil supervisor to come on board and help deliver these key projects for regional councils.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead and supervise construction crews, providing direction and support to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed, conducting regular safety inspections and addressing any potential hazards.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, standards, and quality requirements.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of civil supervisor experience.
• Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role in the civil construction industry.
• Experience with specific project types such as road reconstruction, stabilization & bridge construction.
• DTMR project experience essential.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
