Job Description: As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping children achieve their developmental milestones and improve their quality of life. Your expertise will enable children to develop the skills necessary for daily living and academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify each child’s specific needs and challenges.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aimed at improving motor skills, coordination, sensory processing, and cognitive abilities.
• Implement therapeutic activities and exercises to enhance children’s physical, emotional, and social development.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to create a supportive and effective therapy environment.
• Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate families on strategies and techniques to support their child’s development at home and in the community.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• APHRA registration
• Previous experience working with children in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of child development and pediatric conditions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
