Salary starting at $110 plus Salary Packaging plus Super

Excellent resident to staff ratio and a role that would suit a Clinical Nurse Manager or a Clinical Nurse or Clinical Care Coordinator ready for their next step. This role provides fantastic onboarding and opportunities that can lead down many different career paths. Work with leaders in the home who will encourage and support your growth. Your clinical expertise alongside ensuring compliance with legislation and accreditation requirements, completing clinical data audits and coach and mentor staff whilst building positive relationships with residents and families.

The Successful Candidate:

Suitable for a Clinical Nurse Manager or a CCC or CN or is ready for their next step in their career

Current AHPRA registration and clinical experience in aged care working in a residential setting

Lead, train and mentor staff in a clinical setting

Knowledge of AN-ACC and resident care

Coordinate and oversee audits, clinical indicators and ensure best practice

Current Influenza and COVID vaccinations

Salary starting at $110k + super + salary packaging

$18k Salary packaging (take home 5/10% more in pay before tax)
