- $60MIL CONCRETE PROJECT
- $240K – $260K + 30% UPLIFT
The Opportunity:
Our client is an Australian owned company in the mining, civil and commercial construction industry. Nationally accredited for Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards, they have a fantastic reputation for their project delivery and management systems. We are seeking an available PROJECT MANAGER who is looking for their next opportunity FIFO out of WESTERN AUSTRALIA. This is a permanent position to make a $60mil scope for a large Tier 2 business.
This is a PERMANENT POSITION on a FIFO 4:3 or 5:2 ROSTER + 30% UPLIFT.
The Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management
- 8 +years’ exposure to construction projects.
- Proficiency with QA processes, testing and documentation.
- Experience in managing subcontractors & liaising with the client.
- A pro-active, can-do attitude and the ability to hit the ground running.
- Positive references from previous employers, demonstrating a stable employment history.
- IN-SITU CONCRETE EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL
