Your Role: As the Health & Injury Management Coordinator, you’ll be integral in leading health initiatives across the site. You’ll manage rehabilitation programs to support injured team members’ return to work, implement health and wellbeing strategies, and ensure the company meets safety standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage rehabilitation policies, early intervention programs, and workers’ compensation cases
  • Develop health and wellbeing programs focusing on both physical and mental health
  • Oversee hygiene monitoring and fitness for work programs
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and manage medical compliance programs

What We’re Looking For:

  • Allied Health degree (e.g., Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy) and relevant registration
  • Experience in heavy industry, ideally in coal mining or similar environments
  • Strong understanding of statutory health and safety regulations
  • Experience managing workers’ compensation cases
  • A proactive, safety-conscious team player who thrives in dynamic environments
