The Opportunity:
Our client is a National Civil and Building Construction services business who are expanding their Darwin team to support them with upcoming projects across Defence, Local Civils/Road works and more.
We are looking for a HSE professional based in Darwin to work Monday- Friday on various civil projects. This is a permanent role and perfect for someone who is seeking career progression as this safety team is only going to get bigger!
There will be an upcoming opportunity to move onto a FIFO project which would add a 40% uplift to the base salary.
The Position:
- Support the ongoing improvement of HSE systems.
- Ensure compliance with internal HSE protocols and relevant regulations.
- Foster a culture of safety and commitment throughout the organization.
- Offer a consultative, solution-oriented approach in your role.
- Promote an exemplary safety culture through established initiatives.
- Cultivate a unique safety brand within the team.
- Establish strong connections with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Leverage technology to enhance HSE performance.
The Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years’ Civil Construction WHS experience
- Diploma WHS
- ICAM Lead Investigator (Desirable)
- Defence experience (Desirable)
- Must reside in Northern Territory
