About the Role: Demand for allied health is reshaping how care is delivered at home. With a focus on prevention, collaboration, technology, and consumer-directed care, you’ll play a crucial role in promoting independence, health, and wellbeing for older Australians.

You will:

  • Work closely with our Allied Health Team Lead to support and coach our care teams
  • Develop tailored plans to help clients manage their health, mobility, and independence
  • Share knowledge and guidance with therapy assistants and support workers to deliver the best care possible

About You: You may have extensive experience or be just starting your physiotherapy journey, but you’ll be excited to join a fun, collaborative team with a passion for helping others. You enjoy being on the road, seeing clients in their homes, and working closely with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. In addition, you’ll:

  • Hold a physiotherapy degree with AHPRA registration
  • Have experience with home-based therapy and exercise programs for older adults
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
  • Be solutions-focused, flexible, and passionate about empowering older Australians
  • Hold a current driver’s licence and have a National Police Clearance (within the last six months)
