Our client is a highly regarded civil construction and mining contractor with an impressive track record in delivering complex, multimillion-dollar projects across Western Australia. Specialising in bulk earthworks, road infrastructure, and other civil works, they are renowned for fostering high employee satisfaction, making this an excellent opportunity for career growth and long-term stability.

The Role
We are seeking a committed superintendent to join this dynamic team on an attractive 2:1 roster, providing an excellent work-life balance. In this role, you will oversee projects valued at up to $50 million, including roadworks, bulk earthworks, and general civil construction.

Requirements

  • S26 Certificate is Highly Regarded
  • MRWA Experience is Highly Regarded
  • Proven experience as a superintendent in civil construction or infrastructure projects
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in civil construction or mining within Australia
  • Expertise in managing projects from planning through to completion
  • A proactive, results-driven attitude with strong leadership skills
  • Positive references demonstrating a stable employment history
  • Prior experience managing projects valued between $30 million and $50 million+
