A rare opportunity for a dynamic Residential Aged Care Manager to join a highly respected leader in Aged Care who are values and purpose driven with a commitment to meeting the needs of their residents. This role requires an experienced leader who with support from executive management and the service team will deliver excellence through day-to-day operational management of this beautifully appointed accredited facility with no unmets located in Perth. They are seeking a Facility Manager to support for a 12 month paternal leave period with possible extension.

Day to day operational management of the facility
- Ensure residents experience high quality support, care and services
- Coach and support direct reports adhering to values of the organisation
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements
- Budgeting and financial management and staff management
- Ensure outstanding customer service and nurture relationships with residents, families and staff
- Experience as a Residential Aged Care Manager working within residential Aged Care
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards/Governance
- Understanding of day-to-day operational management of a facility
- Knowledge of financial management and budgeting
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship skills
