About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to join a highly regarded healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional services. This organisation is recognised for its strong team culture, commitment to ongoing learning, and focus on employee well-being.
As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll provide tailored support to paediatric and adult clients, with the flexibility to shape your caseload according to your strengths and interests. This role offers a hybrid work model, including clinic-based, home-based, and community settings.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Delivering evidence-based therapy to a diverse client group
- Assisting clients in achieving their communication and mealtime goals
- Conducting speech, language, and communication assessments and interventions
- Collaborating with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals
- Supporting capacity-building initiatives to empower clients and their support networks
- Providing clinical supervision, coaching, and mentorship to early-career therapists
- Contributing to continuous improvement and service development
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Speech Pathology, with eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia registration
- 2+ years of clinical experience (new graduates are encouraged to apply)
- National Police Clearance, NDIS Worker Screening, and First Aid Certification
- Valid Driver’s License for community-based services
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to professional growth and evidence-based practice
