- $110K-$120K + super + 20% bonus (~$20K paid quarterly upon KPI achievement)

About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Speech Pathologist ready to take the next step in their career as a Clinical Team Leader. This role offers a blend of leadership and clinical work, where you will support and mentor a team while managing a mixed caseload in the community.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and mentoring to a small team
- Oversee case reviews, reporting, and training to support professional growth
- Manage a diverse caseload, delivering community-based therapy to clients of all ages
- Work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain high-quality service standards and contribute to team development
- Enjoy a hybrid role, working between home, the community, and occasional clinic settings
What We’re Looking For:
- Speech Pathology qualification & SPA registration (or eligibility)
- Experience in community-based therapy or disability services (NDIS preferred but not essential)
- Passion for mentoring and coaching junior clinicians
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to provide home and community-based therapy
- Comfortable using technology and digital tools for reporting and communication
- A collaborative, enthusiastic, and positive approach
