About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead a critical HRIS transformation project for our client, a not-for-profit health organisation. This 6-month fixed-term contract will focus on the rehaul of their HR systems, ensuring improved efficiency, seamless integration, and alignment with organisational goals.
The successful candidate will work closely with HR, IT, and key business units to gather requirements, oversee project execution, and drive change management to ensure a smooth transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and/or oversee the HRIS project from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Ensure seamless integration of the HRIS with existing systems, data structures, and business processes.
- Conduct data analysis and process mapping to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Identify and mitigate risks, providing proactive solutions to project challenges.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate training and change management initiatives to support user adoption and a smooth transition.
- Stay updated on HRIS best practices and emerging technologies to recommend system enhancements.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience leading or supporting an HRIS implementation or upgrade project.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and data management.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Dayforce, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Humanforce HCM, or similar.
- Strong business analysis skills, including process mapping, gap analysis, and documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Experience in change management to support user adoption.
- A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
