What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate project activities from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to deliver seamless execution.
  • Administer contracts and manage procurement.
  • Site inspections, involving QA / QC.
  • Monitor and track project progress, resolving issues promptly to keep everything on track.
  • Manage project documentation, ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in project coordination, contracts administration or project engineering, preferably in commercial/industrial construction.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems efficiently.
  • A team player with a passion for delivering results.
  • A proactive, positive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
