This Western Australian contracting business is a specialist in civil and building development works, including earthworks, underground services and road construction. Having established a reputation for quality and reliability through successful project delivery, the company has enjoyed a period of sustained growth, recently securing a number of significant projects as part of a successful and ongoing growth strategy.

The role:

Our client is now seeking an experienced Head Drainer to work in the greater Perth area. You will be working with an experienced crew and involved in all aspects of drainage include trenching, pipe laying, backfilling and compaction across underground water, sewerage and stormwater projects.

Being a role which will lead into a permanent position, this is an opportunity to join a well established business with a great reputation and who is currently going through another successful growth phase. In this role, you will not be just a number but a key part of the team as you contribute to the overall success of the projects and be suitably recognised as you grow your career.

You will demonstrate:

  • Experience in installing wastewater, stormwater or gas services.
  • Experience in dewatering and pump systems across different ground conditions, including working to site plans and drawings.
  • The ability to work within a team and work to schedules.
  • The ability to work to a high standard and comply with all HSEQ and management practices and procedures.
  • All relevant tickets including a blue/white card and valid driver’s licence.
