Clinical Nurse Level

Certificate IV workplace training and assessment

Regsitered or Clinical Nurse – Must have AHPRA

Northern Territory

1. Full-time hours
2. Relocation Assistance available
3. Post graduate allowance of $5,700 p.a.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, develop, and deliver nursing education courses/programs
2. Coordinate and provide hands-on educational support, clinical teaching/facilitation, and orientation to staff, graduate nurses, and students
3. Promote high standards of evidence-based nursing care to patients through dissemination of current best practice knowledge
4. Supervise staff compliance to mandatory training and eLearning components
5. Ensure best practice competency-based programs and staff competency assessments are provided for all operating theatre staff

Essential Criteria:

1. Registered Nurse with Current Registration
2. Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (TAE) (or working towards)
3. Demonstrated experience in eLearning platforms
4. High degree of computer literacy, including MS Office
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
