The Client:

Our client is seeking an experienced clinical leader to join their small residential aged care facility and work collaboratively with the Facility Manager in delivering a high level of care and services. This is a standout leadership role with support from the Quality and Clinical team and your opportunity to lead a dedicated team with a strong values driven culture.

On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring all clinical care is delivered in line with the aged care standards
• Supporting and leading the clinical team of a small facility
• Supporting with staff leadership, training and education
• Reporting on clinical indicators and ensure best practice
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
