This is a strong opportunity for an Estimator looking to join a diverse and dynamic team while working on a variety of exciting commercial construction projects up to $100M. Our client is a well-renowned, long-standing, and reputable building head contractor known for delivering landmark projects.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects valued up to $100M with support from a Senior Estimation team.

  • Review plans, specifications, and contracts to develop comprehensive budget proposals

  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to refine estimates

  • Identify and evaluate project risks and propose cost-effective solutions

  • Assist in the preparation of tender submissions and final proposals

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience estimating for commercial construction projects over $15M

  • Strong understanding of construction costs, project scopes, and contract terms

  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and meet deadlines

  • Familiarity with industry-standard estimating software and tools
