The Client:
This is a rare opportunity for a dynamic Residential Aged Care Manager to join a leader in Aged Care who are values and purpose driven with a commitment to meeting the needs of their residents. This role requires an experienced leader who with support from management will deliver excellence through day-to-day operational management of this beautifully appointed facility.
Key responsibilities :
- Day to day operational management of the medium sized facility
- Ensure residents experience high quality support, care and services
- Coach and support direct reports adhering to values of the organisation
- Lead and manage staff to continue to achieve high standards
- Achieve clinical and operational KPIs and maintain standards of care delivery
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements
- Actively meet performance targets in line with financial and human resource guidelines
- Ensure outstanding customer service and nurture relationships with residents, families and staff
