Currently searching for an experienced Site Manager looking to take the reins on a $40M+ build. Join a well-established Tier 2 construction company with a strong pipeline of commercial, industrial, and mixed-use projects.

About the Role:

We’re seeking a motivated Site Manager to oversee all on-site activities for a major commercial development. From structure to finish, you’ll be responsible for driving program, safety, and quality – leading a high-performing site team and managing key trades.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day site operations from start to completion

  • Coordinate subcontractors and trades on-site

  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

  • Monitor project timelines and report progress to the PM

  • Liaise with stakeholders including consultants, engineers, and suppliers

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven track record delivering projects $30M+

  • Trade background or relevant construction qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of construction processes and sequencing

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to drive a positive site culture and deliver high-quality results
