- $90k – $95k + Super + $18,550 Salary Packaging + Benefits + Parking

About the Company
Our client, who is Not-for-Profit leader in Residential Aged Care has a rare opportunity for a dynamic experienced Training Officer to join their outstanding team. Reporting to the Training and Development Manager you will be part of an innovative and supportive team who are values and purpose driven with a commitment to developing and educating their staff. This is an opportunity to lead from the front and bring a fresh approach. You will work across their facilities which are centrally located in Perth dividing your time between head office and the facilities and be part of a wonderful organisation that makes a direct impact.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Facilitate, design, develop and implement training programs based on requirements
- Conduct onboarding training sessions for new employees
- Deliver clinical and non-clinical training sessions using various methods
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Undertake administrative duties to support the training outcomes including monitoring compliance and maintaining training records
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in employee training and development
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
The Successful Candidate:
- Experience in aged care industry
- Current AHPRA registered
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (desirable)
- Ability to develop and deliver clinical education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Create engaging learning experiences for employees
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail
