Salary: $112,396 – $121,658 p.a. + super + salary packaging (depending on experience)

About the Company

Our client is a respected public health provider in regional Australia, delivering vital community-based mental health services. They are seeking a Senior Social Worker to join the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) team in Regional NSW.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Social Worker to join a dynamic, multidisciplinary team supporting children, adolescents, and their families.

Key responsibilities include:
* Providing clinical assessments, therapeutic interventions, and care planning
* Delivering crisis response, case management, and assertive outreach
* Coordinating with internal and external supports and services
* Advocating for young people and supporting their psychosocial development
* You’ll work closely with the team leader, clinical lead, and other CAMHS professionals.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
* Experience working with children and young people experiencing acute mental illness
* Skills in psychosocial assessment, crisis intervention, and therapeutic care
* Strong communication and collaboration skills across clinical teams
* A tertiary qualification in Social Work and eligibility for AASW membership
* A valid Working With Children Check and ability to meet employment screening requirements
