They are looking for Therapy Staff to contribute to the delivery of high-quality mental health care within a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Therapy Staff including Provisional Psychologists, Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, and Mental Health Nurses. You’ll be responsible for delivering a variety of therapeutic approaches within a group therapy setting, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and discharge planning.

What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
- Current AHPRA or AASW registration
- Demonstrated experience in a mental health setting
- Strong understanding of Allied Health roles in multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Sound computer literacy
- Valid Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
- Proof of Covid and Flu vaccinations
Desirable criteria:
- Interest or experience in supporting military and first responder mental health
- Experience in group therapy and working across diverse mental health presentations
- Training or experience in therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and Mindfulness
- Experience with co-occurring disorders, including addictions
