Graduate Engineer

  • $75K BASE + SUPER + VEHICLE
  • LOCAL PROJECTS – HOME EVERY NIGHT

We are representing a well-established and reputable civil contractor based in Perth, renowned for delivering high-quality raw materials and comprehensive earthworks solutions to the building and construction industry.

Since its inception, this contractor has grown to become a leading supplier of essential materials, operating multiple strategically located quarries throughout the Perth Metro Area. Their expertise extends to sequentially mining future development sites, ensuring the efficient extraction and completion of sites to finished levels, ready for civil construction.

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer to join their team, commencing July 2025. This permanent position offers genuine career progression for the right candidate. You will gain firsthand site experience and receive extensive training in quality assurance and surveying on civil construction sites.

The Requirements:

  • First-year graduates with a background in Civil Engineering
  • Recognised Civil Engineering Degree
  • Ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders
  • Demonstrate a ‘can-do’ attitude and must be self-motivated
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic work environment
