Occupational Therapist – NDIS or Occupational Health
- Calling all AHPRA Registered OCCUPATIONAL THERAPISTS
- Permanent Full Time or 3-4 Days a Week – Hybrid working arrangements to avoid burn-out
- Opportunities available in Occupational Health/Rehabilitation OR Community NDIS
- $80K-$110K + super + bonus worth up to $15k per annum + 5 days extra paid leave

About the Company:

We are now looking for AHPRA Registered Occupational Therapists to join their highly successful team! You will be part of a national team where you will have lots of support along with the opportunity to develop, extend and deepen your clinical expertise in a friendly, well-supported team environment and in an organisation that values your growth, passion and skills.
The Positions:
We have the following opportunities available around Sydney:
OT – Community NDIS:
- Diverse/Mixed caseload working with clients who have disabilities
- Local caseload – close to where you live with hybrid WFH options
- Conduct assessments, interventions, reporting, therapy planning, and clinical recommendations within your discipline & scope of practice
- NDIS and progress reporting which can be done from home with all administration
OT – Occupational Health/Rehabilitation:
- Supporting individuals on their ‘Return to Work’ journey
- Adult only caseload – combination of being both clinic and community based
- There will be a lot of case management along with clinical work
- Advocating for your client and liaising with the employer, broker, insurer, multidisciplinary team and more
What we’re looking for:
- AHPRA Registered Occupational Therapist
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- A current valid driver’s licence and your own vehicle
- Familiar using ‘evidence-based’ and ‘person centered’ approaches
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willing to obtain these
