Key Responsibilities of this Role:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide rehabilitation, mobility, and functional independence support
- Work closely with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver evidence-based interventions to enhance quality of life
- Support pain management programs and falls prevention strategies
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
The Successful Candidate:
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
- AHPRA registration (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in an aged care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team
- Current National Police Clearance and relevant vaccinations
- Full Australian working rights
