Locations: Darwin, Palmerston, Katherine, East Arnhem Land & Alice Springs, NT
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $90,000-$140,000 + super + salary packaging + 5 weeks annual leave

Key Responsibilities (vary by role):

Conducting mental health and risk assessments
-
Delivering evidence-based individual and group therapy
-
Developing care, recovery, and safety plans
-
Providing aftercare support for people post-crisis
-
Community engagement and program delivery with Indigenous youth
-
Supporting and leading clinical teams in service coordination
-
Strengths-based, collaborative support to young people and families
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking Mental Health Professionals with the following:
-
Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Nursing or a related field
-
Registration with a relevant professional body (AHPRA, AASW, etc.)
-
Clinical experience in mental health or community wellbeing
-
Skills in risk assessment, engagement, and therapeutic interventions
-
Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
-
Strong teamwork, cultural sensitivity, and communication skills
Essential Requirements:
-
NT Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card)
-
National Police Check (within the last 3 months)
-
NT Driver’s Licence
-
First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
-
Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations
