About the Client:
Our client is a respected allied health provider delivering high-quality services across Western Australia, including to remote and regional communities. With a focus on client-centred care, they work across NDIS in community settings helping clients with physical and mental health supporting individuals to achieve their independence, wellbeing, and quality-of-life goals. The Opportunity:
We are seeking passionate and adventurous Occupational Therapists to deliver services to regional and remote areas across WA. This unique FIFO role offers a mix of visits for Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA) and ongoing client support, providing an exceptional opportunity to make a difference while enjoying flexible working arrangements. You can either look after a Physical caseload or Mental Health caseload with a Positive Behaviour Practitioner available on all sites.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Functional Capacity Assessments and compile detailed reports upon return to Perth

Provide ongoing occupational therapy services through regular visits (2-5 days depending on caseload)

Develop individualised, goal-driven therapy plans for clients

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and local practitioners

Deliver evidence-based interventions to enhance independence, wellbeing, and quality of life

Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with compliance and legislative requirements
About You:

Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
-
AHPRA registration (or ability to obtain)

Experience in aged care, mental health, or community OT (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work independently and adapt to regional and remote environments
-
Current National Police Clearance and relevant vaccinations

Full Australian working rights
