Project Manager

This is a great opportunity to join a leading construction company based in Wetherill Park, where you’ll oversee an exciting apartment build and take charge of tendering upcoming new projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the contract and delivery of an exciting apartment construction project.

  • Manage contracts and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Oversee tendering for education projects.

  • Coordinate all aspects of project management, from planning to execution.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in comercial buildings on prtojects upwards of $5M.

  • Experience in apartment builds and/or education projects is a plus.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Strong experience in tendering projects upwards of $5M.

  • A commitment to quality and safety in all aspects of construction.
