What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities

  • Drive the delivery of an exciting $80M+ project

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards

  • Manage and mentor site staff, subcontractors, and trades

  • Drive OH&S compliance and promote a safe site culture

  • Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients to maintain strong communication and progress

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on large-scale commercial projects upwards of $50M+

  • Exposure to projects $100M+ highly regarded

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Sound understanding of WA construction regulations and standards

  • Commitment to safety, quality, and delivery

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
