Mental Health Clinicians – Regional & Metro Queensland
Locations: Multiple locations across QLD – Regional & Metro (relocation support available for regional roles)
Job Type: Full-time, short term and part time opportunities.
Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 base + super | subsidised accommodation in select regional areas

We partner with a range of public and not-for-profit health services across Queensland’s regional towns and major cities, working to improve mental health outcomes for individuals, families, and communities.
With a strong reputation in youth mental health, and integrated care, these services operate in both community settings and clinical environments, delivering culturally safe, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care.
The Role
We are currently hiring Mental Health Clinicians, Social Workers, Counsellors, Early Years Specialists and Occupational Therapists for roles across metro and regional Queensland.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide culturally appropriate assessments and interventions
  • Engage with local stakeholders: schools, NGOs, police, GPs, and community groups
  • Participate in care coordination, case planning, and crisis support
  • Contribute to community education, prevention, and health promotion
  • Maintain clinical documentation and meet KPIs
What We’re Looking For
You’re passionate about mental health care and want to make a tangible impact – whether that’s in the city or out in community.
You’ll need:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Nursing, Counselling, Early Education or Occupational Therapy
  • Full AHPRA registration or eligibility for AASW / ACA membership
  • Experience working with children, youth, adults, or families in a mental health setting
  • Solid understanding of relevant Queensland legislation (Mental Health Act, Child Protection)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable:
  • Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander applicants strongly encouraged
  • Familiarity with regional QLD communities or Aboriginal-controlled health services
