We’re looking for an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to take a key role on a landmark $150M student accommodation project in the Perth CBD.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing head and subcontractor contracts throughout the project lifecycle

  • Driving procurement strategies and administering contract packages from award to finalisation

  • Supporting the Project Manager and Site team with cost forecasting, reporting, and claims management

  • Ensuring compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality objectives

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams

About You

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in contract administration or commercial roles within construction

  • Proven background working on large-scale commercial projects upwards of $80M

  • Confident across contract law, variations, claims, and cost reporting

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a collaborative mindset
