Location: Osborne Park, WA
Employment Type: Casual (Contract to Permanent)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: $52 per hour + Superannuation

We are currently recruiting two experienced Air Conditioning Service Technicians on behalf of a well-established and growing HVAC business based in Osborne Park. These are contract-to-permanent roles offering strong career progression and a highly supportive team environment.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and fault-finding of a variety of Airconditioning systems in residential, commercial, and light industrial environments. The successful candidates will be confident working independently and take pride in delivering high-quality, customer-focused service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine service, maintenance, and breakdown repairs on HVAC systems

  • Accurately diagnose faults and provide appropriate solutions

  • Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams

  • Complete job documentation and adhere to safety protocols

What We’re Looking For

  • Australian-recognised trade qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning

  • Current Refrigerant Handling Licence (RHL)

  • Valid Australian Driver’s Licence

  • Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card)

  • Excellent diagnostic, fault-finding, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

Desirable:

  • Experience working with central plant systems

  • Previous exposure to commercial or industrial HVAC environments
