The Opportunity:
Our client is a long-standing and well-respected name in the WA civil and mining services sector, known for delivering high-quality results across metro and regional projects. With a strong pipeline of work and a practical, boots-on-ground safety culture, they are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join their growing team.
Based in Perth, this is a mobile role covering various metro sites, with the occasional trip to the Pilbara. You’ll be partnering directly with site teams to drive safety outcomes, perform audits, lead toolbox talks, and ensure compliance across multiple active projects.
You’ll also be supporting and mentoring a junior advisor currently on the team- making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, visible, and contributing to a proactive safety culture.
The Requirements:

Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in a similar HSE role within civil, mining, or construction environments.

Strong understanding of WA safety legislation and best practices.

Proven experience conducting site audits, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.

Confident communicator with a practical, down-to-earth approach.

Ability to build trust and rapport with site crews and management.

WA-based, with flexibility to travel to Pilbara sites on occasion.
