Registered Nurse – Relocate to WA

Relocate to the beautiful Western Australia. We have roles in various locations across the state with relocation, accomdation and availability to take duo’s – friends, partners, family. No sponsorship available. Working Visa’s accepted.

  • Residential Aged Care – Regional WA Areas
  • Seeking Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Carers

We have an additional 6 month Clinical Nurse Manager Position, regional location, accomdation provided, great hourly rate available. Perm Full time fixed term contract – Monday to Friday.

The Role:

  • Undertake assessments, create care plans and nursing interventions in partnership with consumers and/or their representatives, in line with consumer needs and preferences, professional guidelines and organisational processes.
  • Liaise with medical, allied health, pharmacies, service providers and equipment providers to ensure a holistic, comprehensive delivery of care.
  • Document and report care interventions, observations, changes in needs and consumer feedback in a accurate, objective and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate staff as required on a shift-by-shift basis
  • Assist in the review and dissemination of clinical policies, procedures and assessment tools under the direction of the Clinical Nurse Manager.
  • Provide clinical advice and education to persona l care staff to ensure appropriate care.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
  • Experience ideally in an aged care working in a residential setting
  • Able to work AM, PM and Night shifts – Monday – Sunday
  • Able to work across Permanent shifts – 10 shifts per fortnight
  • Sound understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards
  • Current National Police Clearance and NDIS screening
  • Current influenza and COVID vaccinations
