Location: Subiaco/Fremantle/Joondalup – Perth, WA
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Salary: $90k-$120k + super
About the Company
We’re partnering with a leading national provider of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to recruit a Registered Psychologist to join their supportive and values-driven team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys short-term, solution-focused work and values variety, flexibility, and strong clinical support within a professional, well-established organisation.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Psychologist to step into a dynamic role offering both challenge and growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver short-term psychological interventions under the EAP model
- Support clients with a wide variety of personal and work-related concerns
- Conduct psychological assessments and risk evaluations where required
- Collaborate with employers on wellbeing and performance initiatives
- Maintain ethical and professional standards in line with AHPRA
What We’re Looking For
- Tertiary qualification in Psychology and AHPRA registration (Registered or Clinical Psychologist)
- Experience working EAP clients and short-term interventions
- Proficient (or willing to learn) Psychological Assessment
- Current driver’s licence, vehicle, and relevant clearances (NPC, WWC)
What’s On Offer
- Location – South of the River | North of the River
- Salary: $90k-$120k + super depending on experience
- Face-to-face clinic-based roles with the opportunity to also work telehealth with provided support
- Will consider both newly Registered and experienced Registered/Clinical Psychologists

- Work with AHPRA Board Approved Supervisors in the business – excellent clinical support at all times
