Project Coordinator

Join one of Australia’s leading Tier 1 construction operations on a complex, high-profile city development that’s redefining the skyline. We’re seeking a talented Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of a major high-rise project (valued $100M+), with strong prospects for career growth into Project Management roles and beyond.

You’ll work alongside an experienced delivery team on a technically challenging, high-rise build – gaining exposure to Tier 1 systems, processes, and stakeholder management while developing the skills to progress your career in large-scale construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the project team across design coordination, procurement, contracts administration, and site operations

  • Assist with program tracking, quality control, and subcontractor management

  • Coordinate and maintain accurate project documentation, drawings, and reports

  • Work closely with site and project engineers to ensure smooth communication between office and site

  • Contribute to cost tracking, progress claims, RFIs, and variation management

  • Promote a strong safety-first culture and uphold company standards on quality and compliance

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field

  • 2-5 years’ experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Engineer on commercial or high-rise projects valued $30M+

  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project sequencing

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills

  • Driven to learn, grow, and progress within a Tier 1 construction environment
