We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused Branch Manager to take ownership of a busy distribution and design branch in Malaga. You’ll be leading a small, capable team and managing everything from logistics and inventory to customer experience and sales performance.

What you’ll be doing

• Oversee all aspects of branch operations – from stock control and logistics to customer service and fulfilment.
• Lead, coach, and support a small on-site team to deliver results.
• Manage inventory in/out, ensuring accuracy, flow, and efficiency in a high-volume environment.
• Work closely with key trade and retail customers, maintaining strong relationships and providing technical and commercial support.
• Drive process improvement and implement better systems (experience with ERP systems a bonus).
• Manage budgets and performance, contributing to a branch turnover of approximately $8M per year.
• Be a visible, hands-on leader who’s comfortable jumping in wherever needed.

About You

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a management role – ideally within either air conditioning, electrical wholesale, plumbing supply, or logistics.
• A natural leader who inspires teamwork and accountability.
• Confident with stock management, customer service, and process improvement.
• Commercially savvy with solid communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Practical, open-minded, and ready to roll up your sleeves.
