Supervisor

  • UP TO $180k + SUPER

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Utilities Supervisor to oversee the utilities and services component of a major $1 billion civil infrastructure project in the southeast of Perth. This is a large-scale, transformational development, and the successful candidate will play a critical role in its delivery and long-term legacy.

This is a permanent, full-time role with a well-established and reputable civil contractor that has a proven track record working with a variety of Western Australian statutory authorities and government agencies. Over the course of this four-year project, you will benefit from strong job security, long-term stability, and the potential to transition into future projects as they unfold.

The Requirements:

  • 4 years proven experience as a Supervisor on civil infrastructure projects
  • Demonstrated experience with utilities/services (WaterCorp, ATCO, PTA)
  • Strong understanding of project delivery, safety, and scheduling
  • Effective stakeholder engagement
  • Experience managing and coordinating crews
  • Great communication, proactive attitude and a strong ability to problem-solve
