Clinical Nurse Manager – Relocate to WA

Role 1:
- Clinical Nurse Manager
- Relocate to the Beautiful WA to work in Residential Aged Care Facility
- This role is full time permanent position in a NFP organisation
- Salary from $125k – $130k plus super
- $18k Salary packaging available
- Relocation assistance available

Role 2:
- Clinical Nurse Manager
- Fixed Term Contract 3 Months in regional location
- This role is full time throughout the 3 months
- Hourly rate – $65 per hour plus super
- Accommodation provided
Role 3:
- Clinical Nurse Manager
- Two Perth Metro
- Permanent Full time position
- Monday to Friday
- Medium sized aged care facilities
- Salary starting at $123k – $130k

The Role:
- Supervise and support nursing staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for nursing staff.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Oversee patient care delivery to ensure high standards of quality and safety.
- Collaborate with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and patients’ families to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Address and resolve patient care issues and concerns in a timely manner.
- Manage daily operations of the clinical unit, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Ensure the unit is adequately staffed and equipped to meet patient needs.
- Monitor and manage unit budgets, including expenses related to staffing, supplies, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards.
- Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Educate patients and their families about care plans, treatments, and self-care strategies.
- Provide support and guidance to patients and families throughout their care journey.
- Act as a liaison between nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare team members.
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and address any conflicts or issues that arise.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to the development of unit goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Prepare reports and analyses related to unit performance, patient outcomes, and staff activities.
- Participate in strategic planning and development for the clinical area.
The Successful Candidate:
- Experience as a Clinical Nurse Manager
- Current AHPRA registration and clinical experience in aged care working in a residential setting
- Lead, train and mentor staff in a clinical setting
- Knowledge of AN-ACC and audits
- Coordinate and oversee audits, clinical indicators and ensure best practice
- Current Influenza and COVID vaccinations
