About the Company

Our client is a respected leader in the disability and community services sector, known for its strong team culture, supportive environment, and commitment to high-quality clinical care. They are seeking a Registered Psychologist to join their Bibra Lake team and support the delivery of both therapeutic interventions and Positive Behaviour Support within the community NDIS space.

The Role

This is a varied and interesting opportunity for an experienced Registered Psychologist to step into an established caseload within a well-supported and highly collaborative practice. The majority of the caseload is clinical and psychology focused with a small amount of Behaviour Support to keep you busy and they will offer full training in this area if you have not had exposure in this area previously.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a male-only, mixed NDIS caseload across the lifespan
• Providing therapeutic intervention and psychological support, preparing reports and working with clients who have restrictive practices in place
• Delivering Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) – training and supervision provided
• Completing community-based visits (all kilometres paid)
• Taking over an existing caseload and operating independently with strong support available
• You’ll work closely with senior clinicians and be a key part of a tight-knit, stable team

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• Experience in NDIS, disability, mental health, or community services
• Willingness to work in Positive Behaviour Support (training provided)
• Strong clinical capability, confidence, and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication, professional judgement, and interpersonal skills
• Full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist
• Willingness to travel for community visits (clients generally within 30 minutes of HQ)
