Job Type: Full-time – Fixed Term
Salary: $115,000 – $130,000 p/a + super + salary sacrifice
About the Company
Our client is a well-established community services organisation delivering high-quality mental health support across Queensland. With a strong focus on accessibility, innovation, and evidence-based practice, they work collaboratively with individuals, families and communities to improve mental health outcomes.
Due to continued growth, the organisation is seeking two Clinical Leads to strengthen service delivery across their mental health programs-one focused on youth services in North Queensland, and another supporting mental health services in South Queensland.
The Role
These roles offer outstanding opportunities for experienced clinicians to step into purposeful leadership positions.
You will provide clinical oversight, supervision and service coordination to ensure safe, effective and recovery-oriented care.
Key responsibilities include:

Leading and enhancing clinical service delivery across youth or mental health programs

Providing clinical supervision, coaching and support to multidisciplinary staff
-
Facilitating case reviews, risk assessments, and collaborative care planning

Contributing to service development, quality improvement and policy implementation

Maintaining high standards of clinical documentation and reporting
-
Supporting referrals, intake processes and caseload management
You’ll work closely with team members, external partners and community stakeholders to strengthen mental health outcomes across the region.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in these roles, you will ideally have:

Tertiary qualifications in an allied health discipline (psychology, social work, mental health nursing, occupational therapy or similar)

Registration or membership with AHPRA or AASW

Experience in mental health clinical practice-youth or all-ages
-
Demonstrated capability in clinical leadership or team supervision
-
Strong decision-making, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
-
Ability to meet compliance requirements including Blue Card/Yellow Card eligibility
-
Full COVID-19 vaccination
