Our Client:
We are looking for a passionate, experienced Registered Nurse to join an AMAZING Residential Aged Care provider. They are known for their outstanding team, valuing their staff, have a positive culture and provide care above and beyond for a small residential aged care facility. You will work with a wonderful supportive Facility Manager and Clinical Nurse Manager and enjoy a team environment with an outstanding culture with have career growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities of this role:
- Ensure compliance with the new Aged Care Quality Standards
- Lead and supervise Enrolled Nurses and Carers
- Clinical decision making and updating care plans and assessments
- Assess, plan and implement care within your scope
- Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met
- Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary team members
- Support the residents in this small facility and their families
​The Successful Candidate:
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Experience ideally in an aged care working in a residential setting
- Able to work AM, PM and Night shifts – Monday – Sunday
- Able to work across Permanent shifts – 10 shifts per fortnight
- Sound understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards
- Current National Police Clearance and NDIS screening
- Current influenza and COVID vaccinations
