Contracts Administrator – Multiple Opportunities

$150k – $200k + Super | North & South of the River

We are currently recruiting Contracts Administrators at multiple levels for a number of valued, long-term clients with strong project pipelines across Perth’s North and South of the River.

These opportunities span a diverse range of high-quality construction projects, with values from $5M through to $300M, offering stability, career progression, and exposure to landmark builds.

Projects Across:

  • Apartments & Residential Developments

  • High-Rise Commercial

  • Government

  • Healthcare

  • Industrial & Mixed-Use Projects

The Opportunities:

Our clients are well-established Tier 2 & strong Tier 3 builders known for:

  • Consistent workflow and long-term employment

  • Well-structured commercial teams

  • Supportive leadership and realistic workloads

  • Repeat clients and strong reputations in the market

Roles are available for intermediate, senior, and lead Contracts Administrators, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract administration from procurement through to final account

  • Letting and managing subcontractor packages

  • Cost reporting and forecasting

  • Progress claims, variations, and commercial risk management

  • Working closely with Project Managers and Site Teams

  • Client and consultant liaison

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator within the Australian construction market

  • Background across one or more of the sectors listed above

  • Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail

  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment

  • Relevant construction or commercial qualifications
