Project Manager

Project Manager – Commercial Construction

We are partnering with a number of highly regarded commercial head contractors across Perth who are experiencing sustained growth and strong project pipelines. As a result, multiple opportunities are available for experienced Project Managers to join well-established, well-resourced teams delivering projects across a range of sectors.

Projects vary in scale and complexity and may include commercial fitout, mixed-use, multi-residential, hospitality, healthcare, aged care, retail, and education. Varied across smaller bespoke fitout works up to $10m+ through to major new build projects up to $80m+.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for managing projects from early planning through to completion, working closely with site teams and consultants to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing projects across all stages, from pre-construction and planning through to delivery
  • Leading and coordinating project teams to achieve program, quality, and financial outcomes
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, building codes, Australian Standards, and HSEQ obligations
  • Managing progress claims and variations in collaboration with the Contract Administrator
  • Preparing project reports, cost forecasts, and financial updates
  • Coordinating consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Maintaining strong client relationships through clear and proactive communication

About You

  • Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years’ experience in a Project Manager role within commercial construction or fitout
  • Proven experience delivering projects end-to-end
  • Strong leadership capability with a collaborative working style
  • Commercially astute with a focus on quality and outcomes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Full Australian working rights (essential)
  • No overseas candidates requiring sponorship will be considered for these positions
