Senior Supervisor

We are partnering with a well-established Western Australian underground services contractor on a long-term, major utility project. This role offers a significant leadership opportunity with a growing specialist contractor delivering HDD, trenching, cable laying and power haulage works across key WA infrastructure programs.

Reporting to the Project Management team, you will lead, coordinate and supervise multi-discipline site crews across high-profile underground services works. You will drive safety, performance and quality outcomes on site while mentoring and managing a large workforce.

You will also be positioned to progress into wider management responsibilities as the business continues to grow, with a genuine career pathway toward operational leadership and project management roles in future.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Lead daily site operations for HDD, power installation and related civil works.
  • Supervise and coordinate large workforce groups.
  • Promote and enforce best-practice safety and quality standards.
  • Work closely with project leadership to meet delivery targets and KPI’s.
  • Support planning, resourcing and site reporting activities.

The Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in underground utility services (HDD, power haulage and related civil works).
  • Strong leadership and crew management capabilities.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Previous experience with Western Power is a plus.
