Mining Services Manager

A well-established WA mining services contractor is seeking an experienced Mining Services Manager to lead a significant, multi-site operations portfolio and support the next phase of business growth.

This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for operational delivery and commercial performance across mining services contracts, including ROM operations, haulage and site services.

About the Role

Reporting to the COO, you will take ownership of established mining services projects with substantial monthly turnover. The role combines hands-on operational leadership with strong commercial oversight and a clear mandate to improve structure, performance and scalability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end leadership of multi-site mining services operations

  • Full P&L accountability, including financial reporting, forecasting and margin control

  • Management and development of supervisors, project managers and site leadership

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships to secure repeat and expanded scopes

  • Identifying opportunities to grow mining services, haulage and site services work

  • Supporting the transition of suitable scopes into major projects

  • Working closely with corporate services to strengthen systems, cost centres and reporting discipline

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Senior operational leadership experience in mining services, haulage or bulk earthworks

  • Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of cost drivers and project margins

  • Experience managing multiple projects and complex operational environments

  • Confidence operating at both site and executive level

  • A practical, accountable leadership style with a focus on outcomes
