The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Psychologist to step into a dynamic, fully clinical role working with children and adolescents aged 1-18 years.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct psychological assessments including cognitive, developmental, and neurodiversity-focused assessments (experience with ADOS and WISC highly regarded).
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions including CBT, ACT, DBT-informed approaches, trauma-informed care, and NDIS plans.
  • Liaise with teachers, families, and external agencies as required.
  • Manage caseloads of children and adolescents with neurodiverse needs, out-of-home care, emotional regulation, depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow AHPRA standards.
  • Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team including provisional and registered psychologists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists.

You’ll work closely with the clinical leadership team and be a key part of the broader operation.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Experience working with paediatric and adolescent clients in clinical settings.
  • Strong rapport-building skills with children, families, and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work in a structured, KPI-driven environment (5 billables per day).
  • Willingness to work within scope and seek support when required.
  • Registered Psychologist status; experience as a Registered or Clinical Psychologist considered.
  • AHPRA-approved supervision experience is an advantage.

What’s On Offer

  • Locations: Bayswater & Midlands, WA
  • Salary: Up to $130k + super for full-time, annual reviews, with 15-20% bonus.
  • Face-to-face clinic-based role, with occasional school liaison and support.
  • 100% clinical focus; no administrative or non-clinical requirements.
  • Consideration for both newly Registered and experienced Clinical Psychologists.
  • Be part of a supportive, collaborative, and family-oriented team with open-door culture.
  • In-house and external supervision provided.
  • Professional development: workshops every 3 months, PD allowance $500/year.
  • Flexible work arrangements – full-time or part-time to suit your lifestyle.
  • Opportunity for career progression and autonomy in managing your schedule within service requirements.
