About the Company

Our client are respected leaders in the healthcare sector, partnering with public and private hospitals, Aboriginal Corporations and Non for profits. Known for their commitment to patient care, safety, and clinical excellence, they are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join their teams on locum contracts and support high-performing healthcare facilities.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Registered Nurses to step into dynamic locum roles offering flexibility, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to work in diverse clinical environments.

Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering high-quality, patient-centred nursing care
* Working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
* Responding effectively in fast-paced clinical environments
* Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to compliance standards
* You’ll work closely with Nurse Unit Managers, clinical teams, and broader hospital staff to ensure exceptional patient outcomes

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in Emergency, Perioperative, Critical Care, or Medical/Surgical Nursing
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification (desirable for some specialties)
* Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
* Excellent communication, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in new environments
* National Police Clearance & relevant immunisation records
