Base + 30% Uplift + SUPER
The Opportunity:
Our client is a nationally recognised civil contractor with a strong footprint in the mining and infrastructure sectors. Known for delivering technically challenging projects with a focus on safety, quality, and innovation, they’re an employer of choice with a strong pipeline of major works across WA.
We are seeking a skilled HSE ADVISOR for a FIFO opportunity on a large-scale civil infrastructure project in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.
The Position:
This HSE ADVISOR will support health, safety and environmental functions across a technically complex project involving:
- Construction of tunnel arch structures over live rail and in greenfield environments
- Heavy duty FRP concrete footings and structural walls
- Ground improvement including micro piling
- Installation and lifting of large precast elements
- Civil earthworks and embankments for haul roads and heavy equipment access
- Electrical and ITS network integration
The Requirements:
- Cert IV or Diploma in WHS or equivalent
- Minimum 4+ years in a site-based HSE role within civil construction or infrastructure
- Strong understanding of safety risks in concrete structures, FRP, earthworks, and rail environments
- Experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors on large projects
- RIO TINTO induction highly desirable
- Strong communication and reporting skills
