Are you an experienced Civil Construction Supervisor who values a stable role with nights at home? We’re seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead and deliver a range of civil projects in Perth.

Our client is a well-established contractor with over 70 years of delivering quality civil infrastructure, mining services, marine renewal & infrastructure projects across Western Australia.

You’ll play a key role on civil construction works with a strong focus on underground services including water installation and sewer – supporting safe, high-quality delivery across our client’s project portfolio.

Your New Role:

  • Supervision of civil crews across land development & subdivision projects.
  • Conduct pre-start meetings and toolbox talks.
  • Liaise and support with engineers, management and clients.
  • Plan and allocate resources, equipment, and teams effectively.
  • Maintain accurate daily records and documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 3 years proven supervisory experience in civil construction.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to effectively manage and motivate site teams.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make confident decisions in challenging situations.
  • Safety focused and committed to best practice.
  • Expertise in underground services (water installation & drainage) highly regarded.
